What's a cloud render credit?: One credit renders one minute of standard 1080p footage. 4K and higher framerates cost more credits per minute — the exact multiplier is shown in the app before you hit render.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your desktop app stops activating new renders but your existing exports stay yours forever.
Do I need Pro to use RaceDash?: No. Plus gets you the full desktop app, timekeeper integrations, and one cloud render slot. Pro adds data logger support, more cloud render slots, and 250 GB of cloud storage.
What happens to my footage if I don't pay for cloud rendering?: Nothing. RaceDash renders locally on your machine by default. Cloud rendering is an opt-in convenience — your video never leaves your laptop unless you ask it to.
Is there a trial?: Not at launch. We're running a waitlist instead — early signups get a discount on their first year.
