Supported timing sources

Every way RaceDash can bring your lap times into a project.

Timekeeper integrations

RaceDash pulls lap times straight from the event timekeeper where possible. No typing, no CSV wrangling.

  • Alpha Timing — paste the public results URL for your session.
  • SpeedHive / MyLaps — paste the event ID from SpeedHive.
  • Daytona — drop in the email export file (.eml or .txt) you get from Daytona Motorsport.
  • TeamSport — drop in the email export (.eml) from TeamSport.

If the timekeeper publishes by-lap results, RaceDash will pick up every lap for every driver in the session.

On-dash loggers (Pro only)

If your kart or car has an on-board lap timer, RaceDash reads the session straight off the SD card.

  • MyChron — all recent AiM MyChron 5 and 6 models.
  • Alfano — 6 and Pro models.
  • RaceBox — Mini and Mini S.

Plug the SD card into your machine, point RaceDash at it, and every session you've recorded will appear in the import dialog.

Manual entry

If you've got your lap times written on a sticker in your pit or jotted in your phone, you can type them in directly. It's the slowest path, but it's the one that always works.

Which one should I use?

  • If the timekeeper supports integration: use the integration. It's fastest.
  • If you're using a logger regardless: use the logger. It has the most context.
  • If neither: type them in.
